Meeting point for Tours is outside 1-5 Coventry Street (W1D 6BH). Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour departure to grab the best seats.
Your ticket is valid for the specific date and time booked. You are free to make changes or cancel up to 24 hours before your Tour starts. Please contact customer services during office hours (9 am-5 pm, 7 days a week) if you need to amend your booking.
